We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
Property Acquisition: Identify and onboard properties that align with our business goals.
Business Development: Develop strategies to expand our sales revenue and property portfolio.
Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, event planners, and corporate clients.
Corporate Client Management: Secure long-term contracts and customize hospitality solutions for corporate clients. Host/Agent Community: Lead and support a community of agents, providing training and resources.
Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team, driving growth and innovation.
Market Analysis & Strategic Planning: Conduct market research and collaborate with senior management on long-term strategies.
Budget Management: Ensure cost-effective use of resources and budget adherence.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent certification required
3 - 7 years of experience in property acquisition, business development, and partnership management.
Experience Working in a Hospitality industry Acquiring Partners and Expanding business is required
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of driving performance.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
