Lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic plans in alignment with the company’s mission and growth objectives.
Support the formulation of strategic proposals, corporate presentations, and board-level communications.
Identify, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
Manage cross-functional strategic projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and budgets.
Track and report on project milestones, risks, and outcomes using modern project management tools.
Support digital transformation and operational efficiency projects across the business.
Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures, including financial modelling, due diligence coordination, and strategic fit analysis.
Maintain a pipeline of potential acquisition targets and support deal execution.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
Analyze business unit performance and identify growth or efficiency opportunities.
Support periodic business reviews and performance improvement plans.
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape.
Generate insights to support strategic positioning, pricing, and market penetration efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Certifications in project management or financial analysis (e.g., PMP, CFA) are a plus
Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, consulting, or investment evaluation.
Strong background in financial analysis, strategic modeling, and business planning.
Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Experience working with executive leadership and preparing C-level reports or Board presentations.
Familiarity with the oilfield services, industrial solutions, or energy sector is an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms is desirable.
