Duties

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is well-cooked, presented and served on time.
• Assist in food preparation, cutting and portioning of ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and hygienic at all times.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Wash and store kitchen utensils properly
• Assist the Chef in menu preparation and new recipe development.
• Perform arry other duties assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.
