A reputable company within Abuja requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced personnel to join its workforce as a CONTROLLER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Opens and closes store on time and on a daily basis.
• Opens shift for drivers and pickers daily; and ensures that the computer systems and telephones are in good working condition.
• Checks motorcycles conditions, documents, and maintenance on time.
• Ensures that all drivers and pickers are wearing their uniforms and are in a good condition.
• Ensures that pickers and drivers execute their work efficiently and on time.
• Ensures no delays in picking, dispatch, and delivery.
• Confirms that all products are in 100% condition.
• Confirms that expiry dates are up to date
• Ensures all payments done by customers are accounted for.
• Controls and advise any differences.
• Assists pickers, dispatchers, and/or Admin at peak times to ensure quick delivery.
• Advise any customer queries to call center and Operations Leader immediately.
• Ensures that customer’s queries received by controller are resolved.
• Focus on an excellent and quick customer experience always.
• Be of service and help to our customers 100% without fail and without counting the cost.
• Keep store manager informed of any issues, problems, complaints, compliments, accidents etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant work experience (Supervisory work experience is an added advantage)
• Excellent client service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Conversant with Abuja routes

Monthly Gross: NGN 120,000
