Job Overview

• We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Marketing Associate to support the planning, creation, and distribution of engaging content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on creator who is skilled in visual storytelling and passionate about producing content that strengthens brand presence and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of content marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Produce, edit, and optimize content including videos, photos, graphics, and short-form digital content.
• Support content development for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with the media, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and content calendars.
• Conduct research on content trends, audience preferences, and competitor content strategies.
• Support basic performance tracking and reporting on content engagement and reach.
• Assist with on-ground content creation during events, campaigns, and activations.
• Stay updated on content creation trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic to intermediate skills in content creation tools (e.g., video editing, photography, graphic design).
• Understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Strong storytelling, visual, and creative skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow.
