Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
Create and publish engaging content that ensures brand consistency
Optimise content according to SEO best practices
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
Creating timely social media posts to support the development of online products and services in order to maximise income and the growth of Wazobia Technologies.

Requirements and Skills
B.Sc Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Computer Science or relevant field
Proven work experience as a Technical content writer
Should be able to carry out proper research for content being worked on
Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Basic Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics (user engagement metrics)
Familiarity with social media
Excellent writing skills in English
Perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented.
