Content Creator at Uncle Stan's Foods

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Content Creator who is responsible solely for producing high-quality photo, video, and graphic content that represents Uncle Stan’s Foods’ brand identity. This role focuses on capturing compelling visuals, editing creative content, and delivering consistent materials needed for marketing, advertising, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production (Primary Duty)

• Shoot high-quality photos and videos of products, store ambience, preparation process, staff stories, and customer experience.
• Create compelling food content that is clean, appetizing, and brand-aligned.
• Edit videos, reels, and photos using professional editing tools.
• Develop graphic designs and simple motion graphics when needed.

Creative Development

• Generate fresh content ideas that highlight the brand, menu items, promotions, behind-the-scenes, and events.
• Assist in developing creative concepts and scripts for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all content.

Content Library & Asset Management

• Organize and maintain a digital library of raw footage, edited content, and graphic assets.
• Ensure all content is stored, backed up, and easily accessible to the Marketing team.

Collaboration

• Work with the Marketing team, Social Media Manager, Store Managers, and Operations to capture required content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and content themes.
• Provide content support for promotional activities, influencer shoots, and brand events.

Brand Alignment

• Ensure all visuals follow Uncle Stan’s Foods’ brand guidelines—colors, tone, quality, and style.
• Continuously study global food content trends and adapt them to the brand.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and color.
• High creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work fast and deliver daily content.
• Strong storytelling and visual branding ability.

Qualifications

• OND/HND/BSc in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields (optional if skill is proven).
• 1–3 years of content creation experience, preferably in food, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Portfolio showing reels, photos, and edited content is required.
