Content Creator & Social Media Manager at Human Edge Consulting

Job Summary

• We seek a visually driven, highly creative Content Creatorand Social Media Manager who will bring their brand to life through engaging, trend-setting digital content.
• This person will work closely with the brand team to develop concepts, create videos and graphics, and document behind-the-scenes moments that tell compelling stories about their work, team, and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo, video, and written content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Plan, shoot and edit short-form video content (reels, BTS, tutorials, product highlights, and transformations).
• Generate creative concepts and scripts for brand storytelling and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with florists, project managers, and the brand team to capture design processes and milestones.
• Manage and grow our content library, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
• Stay up to date with design, decor, and social trends to position Rukkies Decor as a creative authority.
• Support live content coverage during exhibitions, installations, and training sessions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or social media visual storyteller.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, lighting, and visual composition.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Good writing skills for captions, storytelling, and short-form copy.
• Organized, fast-paced, and able to take initiative on creative direction.
• Passion for floristry, interior decor, design, or creative industries is a huge plus.

Nice To Have:

• Lagos-based, and ready to work on a full-time and onsite basis.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in social media and content creation.
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Creative, confident, and up-to-date with social media skills.
• Passionate about visual story telling.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
