    Operations Manager

    Description

    • The Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective management of the Company's day-to-day operational activities, with particular responsibility for fleet management, driver administration, vehicle and asset management, maintenance coordination, logistics, safety and operational efficiency.
    • The roleholder will also ensure that company vehicles, drivers, equipment and other operational assets are available, safe, compliant, properly utilized and maintained to support uninterrupted business operations.
    • The Operations Manager will also establish effective systems for monitoring vehicle performance, driver behaviour, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, asset utilization and operational risks, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.

    Responsibilities
    Fleet Management:

    Fleet Driver

    • The Fleet Driver is responsible for the safe, professional and efficient operation of Ecovia's electric vehicles (EVs) while transporting passengers, clients or other authorized persons in accordance with company standards.

    Safe Vehicle Operation:

    • Avoid reckless driving, harsh braking, excessive acceleration, and other unsafe driving behaviors.

    Electric Vehicle Management:

    Partner Vendor Manager

    • The Partner Vendor Manager is responsible for building, managing and continuously improving the agency's network of external vendors, suppliers, contractors and production partners.
