We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging and impactful content across digital and traditional platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual, written, and multimedia content that enhances brand visibility, drives audience engagement, and supports business objectives.
The role requires a strong understanding of content trends, storytelling, social media management, and brand communication.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's marketing and communication objectives.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
Plan, produce, and edit high-quality videos, graphics, animations, and other multimedia content.
Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across all relevant platforms.
Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and industry best practices to optimize content performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports product launches, promotions, recruitment campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
Write compelling captions, scripts, articles, and marketing copy that align with the brand voice.
Track, analyze, and report content performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all content.
Support internal communication initiatives through engaging multimedia content.
Stay up-to-date with emerging content creation tools, technologies, and industry trends.
Job Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Experience in photography, videography, and video editing is an added advantage.
Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance metrics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
