    Qualifications:

    • First Class Bachelor's degree in English Language, Mass Communication, or Literature-in-English.
    • 2 to 4 years’ experience in Writing, Document Reviews, or related content quality assurance roles.

    Skills/Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot and correct grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors.
    • Experience using content management systems and tracking tools.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple content streams, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with mobile applications.
    • Excellent customer communications, written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential materials and content.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and regularly update a tracker for all written content reviews, submissions, and development schedules.
    • Manage digital content catalogues, including tagging and classification activities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to validate content testing schedules and ensure smooth execution.
    • Proof-read and review all outgoing communication materials including SMS, emails, and campaign messages for language accuracy and brand alignment.
    • Project-manage promotional events and ensure end-to-end support.
    • Project-manage all activities and events related to customers who win prizes from services offered by the company, including verbal and written communications to such winners.
    • Monitor the performance of ongoing promotional campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Support and manage multiple digital content-based promotions and customer engagement initiatives across various mobile platforms.
    • Develop and maintain a structured quality control framework to uphold content and product standards.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of required content inputs for projects and campaigns.
    • Respond promptly to escalated content- or product-related issues requiring immediate attention.
    • Oversee product promotion draws and events.
