- Job Field Customer Care
REQUIREMENT:
- BSc/HND/BED/OND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years in Customer service/ Contact center in a financial institution, Micro-finance/ Point of Sales.
- Good communication skills i.e. (Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer’s needs.
- Good customer relationship management. i.e (Ability to handle customers inquires, complaints & support request).
- Problem solving skills
- Good sales & Marketing skills
