We are urgently seeking qualified and compassionate Nurses (BNSc) to join our dynamic Contact Center team as Medical Support Officers. The ideal candidates will provide professional medical advice, triage support, and assist with customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to medical-related customer inquiries and provide guidance.
Escalate complex cases appropriately.
Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc).
1–3 years post-NYSC clinical or call center experience.
Must reside on the Lagos Mainland.
Computer literacy (minimum 3/5 proficiency).
Excellent to good communication skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts (Day / Night / Weekends / Public Holidays).
