    Construction Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring goals and objectives are met.
    • Effectively allocate resources, manage budgets, and track project timelines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for project success.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
    • Project management experience is compulsory.
    • Must be Male.
    • Post graduate qualification in project management will be an added advantage

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
