Concierge

Job Description
- Welcome guests to the hotel and carry their luggage.
- Answer questions about rooms and make reservations.
- Schedule car hire services, and taxis and book tickets for guests.
- Picking up and delivering dry cleaning.
- Taking messages.
- Giving directions and informing guests about the hotel's facility and things they need to know.
- Move furniture or equipment to set up rooms or the conference hall for events.
- Respond to customers' distress calls, like faulty room keys etc
- Ensure reception is free from clutter at all times.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience in the hotel industry.
