Community Resource Person — Health Advocate (CRP-HA) at Ingress Health Partners

What you\'ll do

• Sensitize pregnant women and their partners on maternal danger signs and timely care-seeking.
• Mobilize pregnant women and families to enroll in the Ilera Eko Health Insurance Scheme, emphasizing the provision of quality maternal and newborn care.
• Drive a minimum of 40 pregnant-woman enrollments per month (plus accompanying family members).
• Identify previously enrolled but defaulted users and encourage premium renewal to support pregnancy-to-birth coverage.
• Record outreach activities, capture consented geotagged photos and submit enrollment documentation for monthly validation.

Payment & targets

• Monthly stipend payable after validation of achieved enrollment numbers.
• You may fall short by up to 5 enrollments from the monthly target and still receive payment; any allowable shortfall will be carried over to the next month for catch-up.
• Timely and accurate documentation is required for validation and stipend disbursement.

Who should apply

• Community-minded individuals with experience in mobilization, health promotion, or related outreach.
• Minimum secondary education; CHW/community health credentials a plus.
• Strong communicator in English and local languages.
• Comfortable working in field settings across Ikorodu Lagos, able to travel and meet targets.
• Knowledge on basic smartphone skills for data recording and geotagging photos preferred.
