Community Manager at Falcon Aerospace Limited

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in community management, customer experience, hospitality, event management, or another member-facing role.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth and engagement.
• Previous experience in a co-working space or membership-based organisation is an added advantage.
• Experience planning and coordinating physical events.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Community Manager, you will:

• Build strong relationships with members and create an engaging community.
• Welcome and onboard new members while ensuring they have a great experience.
• Plan and organise networking sessions, workshops, and community events.
• Manage Falcon Aero's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Create engaging content and promote community activities across digital platforms.
• Monitor engagement, prepare monthly reports, and support community growth.
• Resolve member concerns professionally while maintaining a positive environment.
• Work closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver successful events.

Skills Required

• Experience using Canva and social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
