TENN Microfinance Bank is recruiting smart, confident, and target-driven individuals to join our Contact Center as Collections Officers.
The successful candidates will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan payments, negotiating repayments, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers on overdue loans
Remind customers of repayment deadlines
Negotiate new repayment commitments and follow up
Update all call outcomes and customer records in the system
Prepare daily and weekly recovery reports
Escalate difficult accounts to the Recovery Supervisor
Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical recovery practices
Requirements
SSCE, OND, NCE, HND or B.Sc. accepted
1–2 years experience in loan recovery or contact center (added advantage)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with performance targets
Good computer literacy (CRM, Excel)
Reside within proximity to Surulere is an advantage
