We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Medical Doctor (MBBS) to join our team and manage the day-to-day clinical operations of our telemedicine platform at MB&O Healthcare Services Limited.
As Clinical Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering virtual care, overseeing medical protocols, and ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, compliant, and compassionate healthcare on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual consultations via video, phone, and chat on the MB&O Telemedicine platform.
Provide medical advice on disease prevention and lifestyle management.
Review patient medical records for accurate clinical assessments.
Order and interpret lab tests within the scope of the patient’s coverage; escalate exclusions to your line manager.
Ensure strict compliance with telemedicine guidelines and medical regulations.
Counsel patients on preventive care, vaccinations, and health screenings.
Educate patients on available treatment options and procedures based on their benefit plan.
Requirements:
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
Previous experience in clinical practice and/or healthcare operations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead clinical teams and improve care delivery
Interest in digital health and telemedicine is a plus
