    Client Service Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries.
    • Collaborate with the event team to meet client requirements.
    • Resolve client complaints and concerns promptly.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients and gather feedback.
    • Keep detailed records of client interactions and event details.

    Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
    • Knowledge of client relationship management in event planning and hospitality.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
