‎Key Responsibilities

• ‎Serve as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone.
• ‎Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and maintain accurate client records.
• ‎Handle inquiries about hospital services, treatments, and products.
• ‎Process payments, issue receipts, and ensure proper documentation.
• ‎Assist with client registration and onboarding of new patients.
• ‎Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for clients and their pets.
• ‎Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• ‎Collaborate with veterinary and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.

‎Qualifications & Skills

• ‎Minimum of an HND or Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.
• ‎Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ‎Customer service experience (preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting).
• ‎Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• ‎Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• ‎Passion for pets and a basic understanding of animal care is an advantage.
• ‎Female preferably for gender balance
