Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out processes and maintain patient records.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, providing accurate information.
• Verify patient insurance information and process necessary paperwork.
• Assist with patient billing and payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Handle administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and medical record management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• HND/BSC/BA required; additional healthcare-related education or certification is a plus.

• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is preferred. Particularly, experience with various HMOs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and clinic management systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
