Description

• We are seeking a proactive and professional Client Relations & Social Media Officer to join our team.
• This role is ideal for someone who can effectively manage client interactions, support daily office operations, and represent the company both online and in-person.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, assisting with application processing, supporting meetings, creating engaging social media content, and attending events as a company representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries professionally via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Represent the company at external events, meetings, and networking opportunities
• Create and schedule social media posts to promote company services and activities
• Process online applications accurately and ensure timely follow-up with clients
• Assist with office administration, record keeping, and document preparation
• Coordinate and support internal meetings, including taking minutes when required
• Support the team with general operational and client-facing tasks

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in dealing with clients both physically and over the phone
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
