    Sales and Marketing Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive online sales of programmes, with particular emphasis on Foundation Courses and residential excursions.
    • Respond promptly to enquiries from the website, social media, email, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
    • Convert leads into paying students through disciplined follow-up, persuasive communication and clear presentation of programme value.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing activity to generate qualified leads and increase enrolment.
    • Promote all relevant offerings, including online courses and residential excursion packages.
    • Maintain an organised pipeline of prospects and keep accurate records of outreach, follow-up and conversions.
    • Provide regular performance updates to management on leads generated, conversions achieved and campaign effectiveness.
    • Represent the academy professionally and in alignment with its educational mission and brand values.

    Performance Targets

    • Achieve a minimum of 10 Foundation Course enrolments per month.
    • Secure 30 students for each residential excursion trip promoted during the contract period.
    • Maintain consistent daily sales and marketing activity that supports target achievement.

    Contract Terms

    • This is an initial contract engagement for three months.
    • Continuation beyond three months is strictly subject to satisfactory performance and achievement of the stated sales targets.
    • Where the required targets are not met, the contract will not be extended beyond the initial three-month period.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in online sales, marketing, or business development.
    • Experience working with Muslim audiences.
    • Strong ability to sell courses, educational programmes, events or travel-related experiences.
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
    • Confidence in following up prospects and closing sales through digital channels.
    • Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline and remain accountable for results.
    • Good understanding of social media, online promotions and digital lead generation.
    • Basic proficiency in spoken Arabic is an added advantage.

    Head of Trading

    Role Summary

    • The Head of Trading will lead and manage the trading department, overseeing all trading activities across multiple asset classes.
    • This role is responsible for ensuring the execution of trades, managing risk, and implementing strategies to optimize returns.
    • The Head of Trading should have extensive experience in trading, deep market knowledge, and strong leadership skills to guide a team of traders.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute trading strategies that align with the company’s investment goals and risk management policies.
    • Monitor market trends and economic data to anticipate market movements and adjust trading strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set trading goals and objectives.

    Trading Operations:

    • Oversee day-to-day trading operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of trades.
    • Manage relationships with brokers, exchanges, and other market participants.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify, assess, and mitigate trading risks across various asset classes.
    • Implement risk management strategies to protect the firm’s assets and ensure adherence to risk limits.
    • Regularly review and update risk management frameworks and procedures

    Time Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of traders, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
    • Encourage collaboration and communication within the team to ensure seamless trading operations.

    Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor the performance of trading strategies and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Analyze trading results and identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of all trading activities.

    Technology & Systems:

    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of trading systems and platforms.
    • Ensure that the trading infrastructure is efficient, secure, and up to date with industry standards.
    • Collaborate with the IT department to optimize trading technology and data analytics

    Qualification and Experience

    • Bachelor's or a masters finance, economics, business, or a related field
    • Relevant certifications like the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
    • 5 Years of experience.
    • Previous experience as a Head of Trading.
