Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor located in Lagos at Alert Group. The Client Advisor will be responsible for:
- Opening Accounts
- Credit Check and NCR check on loan customers
- Documentation of files
- Loan Booking
- Collateral Archiving
- Payment confirmation
- Follow up on customer repayment.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have atleast 2 years Experience as a client Advisor.
- Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
