As the Production Manager, you will lead daily production activities, drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure delivery of production targets.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily production activities
Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule
Monitor product quality and enforce quality standards
Optimize manpower, materials, and machine utilization
Prepare production performance reports for management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Production Management
Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or production
