Our client, a fast-growing leading company within the financial technology industry, is committed to delivering quality tech service solutions across Africa and is looking to employ a Client Acquisition Officer on a contract basis to drive the company\'s growth and is primarily responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing new clients.
Job Summary
The role focuses on initiating the sales process from lead generation through conversion, ensuring a robust pipeline that contributes to increased sales, market share, and long-term company profitability.
The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with a proven ability to close first-time purchases.
Job Responsibilities
Identify Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential new clients and strategic business opportunities within target markets and industries.
Execute a high volume of targeted outreach (cold calling, email, networking, social media) to generate and qualify new leads.
Job Requirements
Target
5-10 businesses onboarded per month.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Band: #150,000 - #200,000 (net).
