Job Description (Summary)
As the COO, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the firm's core service lines, including Capital Markets, Facility Management, Property Management, and Valuations & Advisory. You will drive strategic business development efforts to grow the client portfolio while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client retention.

Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market dynamics. | Sociable, professional, and presentable demeanor. | Vast knowledge of the economy as it relates to real estate. |
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). | Excellent verbal and written communication skills. | Established network and access to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). |
Strong networking and relationship management skills. | Exceptional business development and strategic planning capabilities. |
