    Chief Operations Officer (COO) (Real Estate)

    Job Description (Summary)

    As the COO, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the firm's core service lines, including Capital Markets, Facility Management, Property Management, and Valuations & Advisory. You will drive strategic business development efforts to grow the client portfolio while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client retention.

    Operations Management:

    • Oversee the effective and efficient running of the firm’s core service lines and branches.
    • Ensure seamless integration and collaboration across Capital Markets, Facility Management, Property Management, and Valuations & Advisory services.

    Client and Portfolio Management:

    • Manage and retain the firm’s clients and portfolio to ensure long-term relationships and consistent growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.

    Strategic Business Development:

    • Drive initiatives to expand the firm’s client portfolio and enhance its market position.
    • Leverage industry knowledge and networks to identify and secure new business opportunities.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    Technical Behavioral Strategic
    Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market dynamics. Sociable, professional, and presentable demeanor. Vast knowledge of the economy as it relates to real estate.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Established network and access to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
      Strong networking and relationship management skills. Exceptional business development and strategic planning capabilities.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • A first degree in Estate Management.
    • An MSc in Facility Management, Estate Management, or Project Management.
    • A minimum of 15 years of estate management experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    • Extensive experience in various estate management service lines, including Property Management, Facility Management, Agency, and Valuations.
    • Chartered membership of professional bodies such as NIESV, ESVARBON, IFMA, or RICS.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Sociable, professional and presentable.
    • Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
    • Excellent Writing skills
    • Excellent networking skills
    • Excellent relationship management skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
    • Strong knowledge of real estate industry
    • Vast knowledge of the economy in relation to real estates
    • Strong HNI network and access
