Chief Operating Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 7 - 10 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.
- Collaborate with program managers, staff, and external partners to drive innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement in program delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 7-10 years senior leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, with a focus on operational management, program development, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budget analysis, data-driven decision-making, and performance measurement tools to assess organizational effectiveness and outcomes
