    Chief of Staff

    Our client, a progressive luxury real estate development firm is looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as a trusted right-hand across the executive office and broader organization. 

    This high-impact role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong track record of strategic thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate will bring excellent analytical abilities, proven project management experience, and the agility to navigate complex, fast-moving environments.

    The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating strategy into action, improving internal operations, managing key projects, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. You will work closely with the CEO on strategic planning, internal management, stakeholder engagement, and the execution of high-priority initiatives, all while ensuring the day-to-day running of the executive office is highly effective.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic & Executive Support

    • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, helping prioritize and execute strategic initiatives.
    • Lead the preparation of board and investor materials, briefing notes, and internal communications.
    • Attend high-level meetings on behalf of the CEO; track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of agreed actions.
    • Manage CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and high-level correspondence with key stakeholders.
    • Support the CEO in internal and external stakeholder engagements, ensuring all touchpoints are strategic and productive.

    Operations Management & Organizational Oversight

    • Drive cross-functional alignment on strategic projects and company-wide priorities.
    • Monitor business performance metrics and report progress against strategic objectives.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve workflows, team effectiveness, and execution discipline.
    • Oversee administrative and operational matters across departments, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
    • Design and implement internal reporting structures and business processes that enhance decision-making and resource allocation.

    Project Management & Venture Execution

    • Manage key projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and accountability across stakeholders.
    • Coordinate cross-sector research, investment analysis, and strategic assessments to inform executive decision-making.
    • Work with internal and external partners to drive the setup and launch of new business units or internal initiatives.
    • Prepare high-quality memos, pitch decks, financial models, and reports for strategic and investment purposes.

    Leadership Enablement

    • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring information flows efficiently and priorities remain aligned.
    • Support talent management efforts including hiring for critical roles, performance tracking, and culture-building initiatives.
    • Lead special projects, both personal and professional, ensuring precision, discretion and delivery.

    Qualifications

    • First-class Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or other relevant disciplines.
    • MSc or MBA from a top-tier institution is a strong plus.
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or a high-growth business environment.
    • Proven ability to lead strategic projects and deliver operational excellence.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
    • Discretion, emotional intelligence, and ability to work with senior executives and high-profile stakeholders.

    Must have skills

    • Ability to think clearly under pressure, anticipate needs, and manage multiple priorities.
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills — written and verbal.
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline.
