Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role based in Warri, Delta State . The CFO will lead the bank’s financial strategy, ensure optimal financial planning, and oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will collaborate with senior management to provide analytical insights and support data-driven business decisions. Additionally, the CFO will establish and supervise frameworks to enhance the bank’s financial sustainability and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Long-term Financial Strategy
• Extensive experience with the preparation, analysis, and auditing of Financial Statements
• Strong knowledge in Finance, including cash flow management, investment strategies, and funding
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for financial forecasting, risk assessment, and data interpretation
• Proven expertise in Financial Reporting and compliance with varying regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus)
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly advantageous
