Job Summary

Your Core Mandate

• Strategic Architect: Formulate future directions and monitor the implementation of tactical business plans.
• Financial Integrity: Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring strict compliance with IFRS, FRC, CAMA, and FIRS.
• Treasury Mastery: Manage liquidity, banking relationships, and debt/equity financing to maximize company value.
• Operational Excellence: Improve cash flow accuracy, billing/collections, and the implementation of robust internal control systems.

Requirements

The Ideal Profile

• Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• Certification: ICAN or ACCA is mandatory.
• Education: Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Skillset: Deep knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, tax strategy, and complex data analysis.
