Our client, a financial services provider, is looking for a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) who will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the organization and moves different.

The Team You\'ll Join

Eight executives including our founders - a leadership team that spans four continents (Africa, South America, North America, and Europe) and brings experience from building payment systems, credit infrastructure, and digital banks. This isn\'t diversity theatre - it\'s how we win.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Finance into Operations: Connect our accounting systems directly to lending operations for real-time pricing based on profitability and IFRS 9 provisioning. Every loan decision should know its true cost before we make it.
• Professionalize Capital Management: Transform debt fundraising into a repeatable process. Own our financial planning and projections. Manage treasury operations with the sophistication of a tier-one bank but the agility of a fintech.
• Drive Cost Intelligence: Dissect unit economics across every product. Make cost transparency real-time and accessible. Ensure Product, Operations, and Tech understand the financial implications of every decision they make.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience, 5+ in senior fintech/banking leadership
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA)
• Track record in capital raising and treasury management
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to integrate financial systems with operations
• Comfort with AI and automation - or the humility to learn fast
