    Job Summary

    • We are seeking for a dynamic, experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and excellence.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Leadership and Strategy; provide visionary leadership to align all departments with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement company-wide strategies for growth, profitability and operational excellence.
    • Act as the primary liaison between the Board and the leadership team, ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategic initiatives.
    • Team Coordination
    • Supervise and provide direction to Senior Executives
    • Foster collaboration and ensure every department delivers on its mandate, working as a cohesive unit.
    • Operational Excellence; design and implement operational frameworks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all branches of the group.
    • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure departments are meeting targets and deliverables.
    • Stakeholders Engagement; represent the Group to internal and external stakeholders, clients, and partners.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with board members, employees and partners.
    • Structure and Growth
    • Review and strengthen the organizational structure to support long-term growth.
    • Drive innovation, particularly in areas like global procurement, sourcing and high-value project delivery.

    Educational Qualification and Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines. Professional qualification would be an added advantage.
    • Proven track record as a senior executive or CEO in a multi-departmental organization, preferably in construction, interior design, or procurement industries.
    • Strong strategic planning, organizational development, and operational management experience.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align a diverse team of high performing executives.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Experience in implementing and maintaining organizational structures and frameworks. A deep understanding of finance, legal, acquisition and procurement processes.
