    Chief Executive Officer(Asset Management)

    Job Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and implement a long-term strategic plan that supports growth objectives and market positioning.
    • Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to expand the firm’s portfolio and client base.
    • Ensure alignment of the firm's mission, values, and objectives with client and market needs.
    • Investment Management and Oversight

    Oversee investment strategies.

    • Provide direction on asset allocation, portfolio management, and product development.
    • Monitor and adjust strategies to optimise returns while managing risk. Client Relations and Business Development
    • Foster HNI and institutional client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
    • Drive business development initiatives, including client acquisition, cross-selling, and partnerships.
    • Act as the primary spokesperson with clients, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders.

    Risk Management and Compliance

    • Work with a team to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Ensure robust risk management practices and appropriate mitigation strategies.
    • Implement internal controls and audits to uphold ethical standards and protect client assets.

    Financial Performance and Operational Efficiency

    • Lead budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting to achieve financial targets.
    • Work with a team to optimise operational efficiency by reducing costs while maintaining or improving service levels.
    • Continuously assess and improve organisational structure, processes, and technologies.

    Leadership and Culture

    • Build and maintain a high-performance leadership team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
    • Promote a positive organisational culture that aligns with the firm’s values and promotes growth.
    • Lead employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree in finance, business, or related field; CFA or similar certification preferred.
    • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in asset management or related financial services, with 5+ years in an executive leadership role.
    • Proven track record of delivering financial results, growing AUM, and managing risk.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and investment products.
