    Chief Commercial Officer

    • A leading startup in the Nigerian lotto and sports betting industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our executive team.
    • As the CCO, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, shaping commercial strategies, and fostering key client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
    • Cultivate and manage key client relationships and strategic partnerships.
    • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Contribute to the development of pricing, sales, and marketing policies.
    • Collaborate with other executives to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of commercial initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within the gaming or betting industry.
    • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing successful sales teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian gaming market and relevant regulations.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience
