    Chief Commercial and Operations Officer

    Key Focus Areas:

    • Developing and executing commercial and revenue strategies
    • Expanding market reach and building global partnerships
    • Overseeing daily operations and championing innovation
    • Leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders
    • Embedding sustainability, compliance, and performance excellence

    Requirements:

    • 10–15+ years in senior commercial or operational leadership roles
    • Bachelor’s degree (HND acceptable); MBA or equivalent is highly preferred
    • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, transformation, and market entry
    • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities
