Job Description 

• Our client urgently requires the services of a Chapter Launch Executive to join her team. The chapter launch executive will be responsible for creating chapters quarterly for the organization.
• The successful candidate must be good at selling, have great interpersonal skills, good at creating ideas, must have excellent communication (verbal & written), excellent presentation skills, and internet savvy.
• Overall he/she must work strategically to ensure that the organisation meets and exceeds her goal of establishing new chapters quaterly. More specifically detailed responsibilities are as follows:

Job Responsibilities

• Create, plan and implement chapter - based recruitment and retentionof new members
• Assists in identifying, creating, planning and developing new chapter programs and services
• Liase with other chapters to provide support to chapter leaders
• Act as liaison in support to chapter president and Leadership team
• Coordinate chapter meetings and ensure timely preparations of minutes of meetings
• Supports work of commitees related to chapters
• coordinates chapter leadership visits from association and national leaders
• provides back up support for members services as required.

Education / Experience

• BSc / HND in Marketing and other related fields
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in association/nonprofit membership marketing and /or chapter relations

• Ability to balance work load with short and long term project dead lines.

Salary

• Negotiable
• Commission: 15%
