Cashier / Finance Assistant at Advantage Health Africa

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions with customers and ensure accuracy in balancing cash drawer
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Provide excellent customer service during transactions
• Collaborate with the finance team to support various financial tasks.

Qualifications

• Education qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role
• Basic understanding of financial principles
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
