Job Description
- Receive payment by cash, card, transfer etc. and Issues receipt to buyers.
- Handle all cash transaction in the company.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Reconcile accounts daily with accountant and submit reports as directed by management.
- Ensure customers receive best services at counter.
- Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.
