Responsibilities

• Processing transactions: Operate cash registers, scan items, and collect payments
• Providing receipts: Issue receipts, refunds, or change
• Handling returns: Process returns and exchanges
• Maintaining cash: Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
• Keeping track of transactions: Record purchases and track cash and credit transactions
• Maintaining the checkout area: Keep the checkout area clean and tidy
• Assisting with other tasks: Stock shelves, find items, and help with bagging purchases
• Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints.

Requirements

• OND qualification with 2-5 years work experience.
