Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to oversee and monitor the company's cash inflow and outflow. This role involves maintaining accurate records of all cash transactions, ensuring accountability for every expense, and generating detailed reports to keep sales and operational activities in check. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, integrity, and a proactive approach to financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor all cash inflows, including sales revenue, payments, and other income streams.
• Record, verify, and reconcile all cash outflows, including operational expenses, vendor payments, and miscellaneous expenditures.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date ledger of all cash transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic audits of cash flow to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies.
• Generate weekly and bi-weekly reports detailing cash flow patterns, including income and expenses.
• Analyze expenditure trends and provide insights to management for better decision-making.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align financial oversight with company goals.
• Suggest cost-saving measures and recommend strategies to optimize cash usage.
• Address and resolve any issues related to financial discrepancies or mismanagement promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial monitoring, cash management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel,Quickbooks), and reporting tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills:
