We are seeking a dynamic and strategic card marketing manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives for our card portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in the cards and payments sector. The Cards Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing creative and results-driven marketing strategies to promote our card products, drive customer acquisition, and enhance overall brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive card usage, loyalty, and customer retention.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence for card products across all marketing channels.
• Oversee the successful launch of new card products and enhancements, coordinating with product development, sales, and other relevant teams.
• Assist in building and directing card product strategies.
• Conduct regular reviews of market trends and study competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure the card products are properly marketed and supported via available channels.
• Assist in card processing, delivery and recovery. I.e., card services in general.
• Identify, develop and execute defined objectives that will ensure customers’ payment needs via card product are met
