Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Butcher to join our team at a 5-star hotel. As a Butcher, you'll be responsible for preparing and supplying high-quality meats to our restaurants and banqueting events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cut meats to exacting standards
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Manage inventory and minimize waste

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in butchery
• Knowledge of meat preparation and cutting techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks
• Fluency in English
