Bussines Development Manager at Abelinis Limited

Abelinis Limited is recruiting on behalf of Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN).

We are looking for Business Development Managers to support the sales and growth of Golden Penny Coco Crush across selected markets in Lagos.

This is a field-based role. You will be responsible for visiting wholesalers, retailers, and other outlets in your assigned market, generating orders, developing new customers, and ensuring the product is available and visible in the market.

Trade Fair, Iyana Ipaja, Ikotun, Igando, Agbara, Badagry, Oniwaya/Moshalashi, Ile Epo, Sango, Ayobo/Ipaja, Mowe/Ibafo, Ajah, Epe, Oke Arin, Ojuelegba, Sabo Market, Mile 12/Ketu, Boundary, Bariga.

Please note: You must live within or close to your preferred market and be comfortable working in the field every day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Visit wholesalers, retailers, and other outlets in your assigned market.
• Generate orders and work towards assigned sales targets.
• Find and develop new outlets for Coco Crush.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on orders and ensure they are delivered.
• Check product availability, stock levels, and visibility.
• Monitor market prices, competitors, and activities in your area.
• Support product activations when required.
• Submit accurate daily reports on your activities and sales.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of OND in any discipline.
• Previous experience in sales, FMCG, distributor sales, or field marketing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of your preferred market.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone for daily reporting, pictures, and location tracking.
• Must be willing to work in the field daily.
• Must live within or close to the market you are applying for.
