Business Transformation Analyst (Process Specialist)
Champion business process management and operational excellence initiatives.
Ensure all operational/business process are clearly defined, authenticated and documented.
Model and redesign business processes and operational workflow keeping track of where cost can be better optimized along with the workflow.
Ensure projected cost savings on process improvement initiatives are tracked, captured, validated and efficiently applied in line with organizational objectives.
Document desired organizational change and specific measures for the monitoring and management of change objectives.
Organize and facilitate monthly corporate performance review meetings.
Requirement/ Qualification
A first degree in any management discipline from a recognized institution.
Minimum 4years’ experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
