Project Manager at Max.ng

The Project Manager will drive predictable delivery, structured planning, and release governance across Product, Engineering, Operations, Data, and other TLG functions.

The role will enforce PMO delivery standards, ensure accurate reporting, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

The role supports agile PODs with disciplined sprint execution, flow metrics, and cross-functional blocker resolution.

Overall, the Project Manager ensures alignment, accountability, and smooth, well-governed execution of enterprise technology initiatives.

What you will do:

• Project Management: Drive end-to-end delivery of tech projects with clear plans, strong governance, and compliance with PMO delivery standards. Agile Project Delivery Management: Support PODs with sprint planning and agile ceremonies while improving cadence, flow metrics, and blocker resolution.
• Release Management: Manage release calendars, readiness checks, and validations to ensure smooth, well-governed deployments
• "Risk Management: Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies early to protect delivery timelines and outcomes.
• Ensure risk logs, mitigation actions, and governance updates remain accurate and actively managed.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Align Product, Engineering, Ops, Data, Finance, and TLG teams to ensure accountability and seamless execution.
• "PMO Support Responsibilities: Support PMO governance by maintaining delivery standards, templates, dashboards, and “single source of truth” reporting.
