Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
Minimum of 2 years of Product or Process Ownership
Ideally a tech savvy with a strong desire to learn
Experience creating technical document, business flows and process diagram

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all business related process for the talent pipeline
Implement and monitor management decisions for the value stream
Ownership of all non-technical activities for the value stream
Act as a liaison between business users and the technical development team for the development testing and implementation of new and enhancement of existing processes and systems
Analyse D2B talent pipeline processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Work with internal and external teams
Strategize the vision focus for the talent pipeline value stream in alignment with the company roadmaps
Work closely with the Technical Process Owner to determine the effectiveness of the processes and make improvements
