RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all business related process for the Extended team
Implement and monitor management decisions for the value stream
Ownership of all non-technical activities for the value stream
Act as a liaison between business users and the technical development team for the development testing and implementation of new and enhancement of existing processes and systems
Conduct research to identify potential B2B leads and prospects.
Utilizes various sources such as online databases, social media, industry directories, and other tools to build a comprehensive list of target companies, recruiters and decision-makers.
Gather and maintain detailed information on target companies, including key contact information, company size, revenue, industry, and recent developments
Analyze D2B Extended team processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Work with internal and external teams
Strategize the vision focus for the Extended Value value stream in alignment with the company roadmaps
Assist the extended team in lead nurturing efforts, ensuring leads receive appropriate communication and are properly qualified before passing to sales representatives.
Work closely with the CEO to determine the effectiveness of the processes and make improvements.
