Business Operations Manager at Trainlance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and update Operational Policies and Standard Operating Procedures treflect recent developments.
• Jointly create marketing strategies, including budget planning, and implementation schedules.
• Develop new customers, a rapport with existing customers, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
• Prioritize and manage company resources in order tmeet goals and objectives.
• Produce and continually review SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis tensure Farm On Wheels is at a competitive advantage.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend procedures tbe used tmanage and coordinate various activities.
• Develop successful, high-performance teams through effective training, motivation, and communication.
• Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures as well as monitor daily operations and address potential issues as they arise.
• Build Operational processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
• Interpret Market trends and adapt tindustry changes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bsc Degree with 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of laws, government and policies relating tthe agricultural sector

Experience:

• 3+ years’ professional experience with at least 2 years in agricultural sector
• Proven background in building and managing high performance teams.
• Extremely customer-focused, continuously in touch with the our farmer network, tstay informed of market and industry developments.
• Experience of complex project and working effectively across functions, while managing stakeholders and governance requirements.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tproduce clear and concise presentation, papers, business cases.
